Your First Visit

To simplify your first visit, please fill out our New Patient Form* online prior to your appointment or arrive 10 minutes early to fill it out in office. New Patient Form

*IMPORTANT: Any form submitted by email must be encrypted, to ensure it is secure. By submitting an unencrypted email form, you are consenting to an unsecured email. Alternatively, please print off the form, complete it, and bring it to our office.

Initial Examination

To start, your dentist will review your medical and dental history and complete a dental exam. This exam will include a thorough examination of your bite, jaw, teeth and gums, in addition to any required X-Rays. 

Treatment Plan

Your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you, based on your examination and history. The dentist will also dedicate time to answering any questions you may have about your dental health and treatment options.

• How can I book an appointment?

  Please contact our office during our regular business hours to book an appointment at St. Clair Beach Dental Centre

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  Please call us to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please notify us of any change of plans as soon as you can, so another patient may be able to use the space in our schedule. 

• Do you offer appointment reminders?

  In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive automated phone appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know. 

• Does your clinic have on-site parking?

  Yes, free on-site parking is available to all of our patients. We are also easily accessible via public transit. 

Insurance & Financing

We can help you navigate our payment options and direct billing to insurance companies so you can focus on getting the dental care you need and deserve. 

• Direct Billing to Insurance

  We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. We can submit your insurance claim electronically for your convenience. This will result in faster reimbursement, without the need for paper forms and signatures. 

  Our administrative team can help you understand your insurance plan better and can also send estimates to your insurance company before starting any major treatments. 

  Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.

• Payment Methods

  You are responsible for any amounts or co-pays not covered by your insurance. These must be paid at the time of your appointment. 

  We accept payment by cheque, debit or credit card.
